Always remove your makeup or dirt before going to bed or after coming home. Your skin needs well breathe during the overnight. The makeup blocks all the pores of the skin and prevents it to breathe that leads to acne, pimples, dryness, etc. You can clean the face with olive oil, makeup remover, baby oil and Vaseline. It’s up to you whichever you choose.
Always use a scrub at least once a week for exfoliation to remove dead skin and clean your pores deeply which a facewash never do. Either you can use a good scrub with minute particles or you can opt for a home remedy like take one spoon sugar and add a little amount of coconut in it and then you scrub it on your face or any part of your body for glowing skin without any chemicals used. The sugar does the work of scrub particles and as you go on rubbing it melts out.
2. PROTECTION FROM SUNLIGHT
Sunlight is the main cause of tanning and dehydration. Its exposure cause sunburns, tanning, wrinkles, etc. So to avoid all these problems you have to opt the following tips:
- Use sunscreen: use a sunscreen with an SPF of 15 at least to protect your skin from harmful rays of the sun. Re-apply it after every 3 hrs.
- Wear full clothing: wear full sleeves shirt or top without deep necks and long pants and trousers. Try to cover the head with a scarf or hat.
- Right footwear: always try to wear shoes to cover your feet from tanning or socks beneath your sandals or slippers.
- Water intake: have a water bottle always with you before stepping outside. Drink plenty of water to make your skin hydrated and glowing.
3. TAKE A HEALTHY DIET
Eat what you like but eat some fresh fruits, green salad, vegetables, protein-rich food for healthy and radiant skin. A vitamin C rich food is beneficial and avoids spicy and junk food or fried food. Drink plenty of water in any form whether it is juice, smoothie or a shake.
Gentle cleansing daily and shaving lead your skin clear, smooth and radiant. Always use a good moisturizer after every wash for blocking pores from dirt and dust.
Bath time and hot water should be limited as they remove oils and moisture from your skin and making it dry and rough. Strong soaps also avoided for the same reason.
5. SWEATING MANDATORY
Do exercise or jogging or running or yoga for a healthy body and mind. It also increases your stamina to do any type of work and keep you fit and make your skin glowing and fresh.
Don’t use any type of makeup before and after working out. It will block your skin pores to make them unbreathable.
6. SLEEPING BEAUTY
Always try to sleep at least 6-8 hours during the night. If you missed, it clearly shows on your face. Your face looks dull and tired with eye bags.
Also, try to clean and moisturize your face before going to bed to make the skin breathe and look glowing when you wake up in the morning.
7. HYDRATE YOUR BODY
Water is the main source of energy in our body. We can live for certain hours without food but without water, it can’t imagine. Drink more water daily, at least 8 glasses a day.
It helps in removing toxins from our body. If you can’t drink enough water then take water content food items as much as possible like watermelon, musk melon, cucumber, etc. that are seasonable and affordable also.
8. MANAGE STRESS LEVEL
Your skin and mind suffer from various stresses that can’t be avoided by us. So come out from that stresses as they ruin your mind as well as skin. It harms and damages your skin equally as mind but we don’t focus on that.
Try to manage your stress level and for it do some yoga and meditation daily to bring out you from that worst situation and built confidence to fight against it. You can listen to your favorite songs or soft songs to reduce stress or you can indulge in any activity that makes you happy.
